hmm sounds to me like your not playing ppl who are any good tbh. like mlg, not hard to get 45-50 when all you play is ppl who dont understand how its played

and hows the mm crap, better than the progressive systems that cod and the new halos use, where your rank is based off time played not true skill, sides joining games in process is the real joke

i dont see the down side, except a biased opinion tbh

I didn't lose my 50 in MLG once in ~1500 games lol. H3 MM was a joke because it was far, far too easy to reach level 50. Anyone decent knew that hitting 50 was completely meaningless. You can never judge a person's skill based on their MM rank; I've seen 3-5 star generals @ 50 in MLG who played absolutely fucking horribly on a regular basis, and I've seen brigadier 47's play very well every game.

Earning a 50 and getting a boosted 50 are two separate things, and you've never lost your 50 in 1500 games? What pro team do you belong too?

Since it almost sounds like your saying you've never lost a game, even one loss "can" put you at a 49, no offense you almost sound like the best player I've ever heard of and your here and not playing tournaments?

ROFL wouldn't surprise me honestly, they way he talks is to perfect that's like saying no one ever host booted, lagged or stood a chance

Last time I checked if your playing too notch kids there's always sum1 better I mean I'm no pro and not the best player like panic here

Do you have any idea how the H3 ranking system worked? If you won 75 of your last 100 games at level 50, there's virtually no way that one loss can put you back to a 49(Extreme cases such as playing against level 1s etc don't count). Keeping a 50 really isn't that hard. I won around 2/3 of my ~2k MLG games on my main account, and didn't once drop below a 50 from around my 400 exp(Shortly after I got a 50 on that account) to after ~1100 exp. It's more like ~1050 games, but still. Wasn't very hard. Especially once you consider how often I trolled LOL.

Also, boosting and host booting were pretty rare at level 50. There was a cheater/booster/troll/whatever in probably less than 10% of my games as a 50.

Host booting isn't rare at any level, neither is any form of cheaters especially those who cheat to get to that rank.

And yes I know how the ranking/mm works i played it quite a bit the sigma formula isn't dead to rights it has random variables so yes one loss "can" dump a 50. And since you won 2/3s of your games that's only two wins per loss so its not like you stacked up 600 wins before your 300 losses

Honestly doesn't matter to me but your gaming history sounds to unreal and the fact that you are talking down on a game you apparently played quite a bit is puzzling. What's your account name is like to see your bungie breakdown of games vs experience earned :)

X I Panic X I

And no, one loss cannot "dump a 50" once you've locked your 50 in. This is the reason that a lot of people, when getting boosted, keep playing after they hit 50 so they won't lose it if they play a couple of games and lose. Cheating was very uncommon at 50 lol, I guess you didn't play enough MLG playlist at a high level to really experience it. Most of the people playing were playing for fun/to win legitimately, nobody gave two fucking shits about their rank because they knew that keeping their 50/getting it back was very easy.

Also, I bash the game because it really wasn't a great game. I played thousands of hours of H3, and really loved it, but it honestly wasn't a truly competitive game. It was a mess even on LAN, and online it was a joke.
