no, i am saying when you get older. when i used to lift, i just lifted primarily for tone. (also i can't bench anymore because of my shoulder) but i maxed 215 (i was a WR and weighed 160 at the time) but i wasn't big. like im skinny and i am kinda glad. don't want to get all jacked and shit, when i lift now i lift for my shoulder so its all light weight, no more than 175

i can still do more... but if i do i can't use my shoulder for a week
