Ya leading your shots on xbox live...on lan you didn't need to lead them that much or at all. Reach is just horrible on live and lan. Sprint/evade + the speed change is ridiculous because people just run like it is their job. The dmr is random as hell too because you can to slow your shots a lot but someone spamming you can kill you just as easily.

I don't even mind reach, I'm fucking horrible at it and still have mad fun.

Oh, and I can play with you guys with shots that actually register most of the time unlike H3 :\
