i bought one of these before and there was a min of $20 you gotta put in
and they charge like $5 each month and everytime you put $$$ in it, it also charges $5

They sell $10 ones, at least in stores near me

And they only charge fee's if u keep $ on it for a while, like monthly or some shit, but if you use it before owning it for that long there is no charge

Also there is no reason to load more $ on it, just get a new one if u need another

Ive purchased MANY of these cards and never paid any fees or anything

Edit: @ hboy, you may have purchased a different kind that im talking about, the ones im talking about you dont load $ on them, they are preset (10,20,50,100), i think they are called "vanilla Visa"

Well, they stopped selling at the walmart/bestbuy/gamestop/7-11/blockbuster in Virginia where i lived, there was like four of each store mind u, and down here in louisiana at like every location of each of those stores.
just going on personal experience, wish i could find one month cards, 7>20,

wish i could find 800msp i thought they stopped selling one month cards with those
