What are you talking about? I've probably played 30 matchmaking games so far and haven't even heard of any race gametypes. And about the maps, consider that other games released with ~15-20 maps and STILL have 15-20 maps years later. Meanwhile, Reach released with 8 main maps (and a few variants) and in less than 3 days there are how many community-made maps with how many more on the way?

Just wait for mlg variants and most of the major complaints about the game should be gone (or at least diminished).

People play race on Halo still? I think I played race in Halo CE once...Maybe...Well the point is that if you're disappointed about the driving gametypes on a FPS game then more then likely you're just a casual gamer with the Halo opinion weight of about a microgram, play arena. Also I would like to point out that Reach is not in 1080p but once again if a game disappoints you due to graphics over game play then you'd probably be the horrible kid that says H3>H2>H1 and that alone is an insult in itself. Don't get me wrong, by no means is Reach even close to the best game ever or even best Halo ever but it's better then Halo 3 and some no knowledge casual gaming scrub who wallows into Halo forums isn't going to state his dumbass hateful opinion without some nice constructive feedback from the rest of us who actually knows what the fuck we're talking about.

and if you honestly can't notice the graphical change from the era of all previously made games.. then get a new tv..?
and honestly this is a FPS, if you think otherwise.. then the only thing you've played is obviously the campaign..
run a few games on the matchmaking that most people were actually looking forward to, from the upcoming release of this amazing game..
Counterstrike is terrible, to be honest with you the graphics on that aren't much better than of runescape in 2003.
Also, they re made maps of the ones we enjoyed back in halo 2, because they were demanded so much by the community.
So, the obvious question is umad bro?
