Are you kidding me? House depicts probably the greatest douchebag ever. (A smart one, who is a complete smartass and can't really be touched in terms of comebacks)
Then, the whole medical part of the show is great, but the 1-2 side plots every episode + like 5-6 story arcs every season is great. It just works so perfectly.
