This can go both ways, you guys should have made it confirmed and posted here before hand.

If he agreed, then pay up, if not then figure something else out

Iffy, either way you should get 100fg from Justin ( littleboyblue )

Gonna go ahead and agree with Theo on this... It should have been posted/ confirmed in a thread. LBB should have to pay, but not Pooms. But, where is LBB's agreement to the bet?

If I am not mistaken, I only see 'justin' accepting the game bet. Thus he sent 100 forum gold, but Pooms got on only to play no realizing it was a bet. So him having to forfeit up 100 forum gold was never his intention because he did not know it was a 'bet'. However, Justin himself agreed to play and just picked up a partner--pooms--and played without notifying pooms that he too was part of the bet, giving up 100 forum of his gold.

This is what I got, because I haven't read the middle pages, and assuming from the last few pages, all I see is Pooms saying, "I did not agree", and Iffy saying, "Justin agreed".
Summarized?

I don't care about the fg.

It is just the principle of it all, let me rephrase this.

Original bet
100fg per person
Pooms gets on thinking that the bet is only 100fg per team, the full 100fg coming from justin.
Justin sends his fg, nobody knows to who apparently.
The one thing I don't like, is that he is saying he didn't know it was a bet when obviously he did.

We did not get our fg, which on our part isn't fair.
Ya I know we didn't confirm it, but it is because I was cool with them until this happend.
I thought they would be cool enough to send without having me to get on the comp etc.

No he doesn't need to send the fg, just admit that he knew itw as a bet.

he's being retarded.. justin already paid him.. :p

So are you telling me he didn't agree or didn't know it was for fg? this post says otherwise.

I am sure if justin posts his goldlogs it would solve alot of problems.

I know we won't get anything because they will abuse the rules since we didn't confirm it.
But if they are willing to lose a friend over 100-200fg, then w/e.

pooms pm'd me he doesn't like me -_- I wonder why? lol... I did nothing.
Maybe cuz I'm hurtin his E-peen? Size Reduct

You are getting the wrong perception of the story. What you said is irrelevant to it being 'FG or principles'.
The problem is that there was no agreement between you and pooms. You may have said he agreed "early in the thread" but I have yet to see you say he has agreed later in the thread. I've only seen you say justin agreed and so forth. You are forcing someone to pay because of another person's fault. Had poom any idea and even agreed in the first place, then the situation would be different.

On top of it, everyone knows thats bets are confirmed on JSP before beginning the game itself. Most of the nerds here even bold their thread when it becomes 'official', lol. I'm just saying, it's like having a student expelled because he wasn't involved in a terrible event, but he only came to see what happened at that event. Poor example, but whatever.

The concept is that he didn't agree, and just because you played him does not violate any sort of 'principle'.

the principle, is he knows he agreed. and only until i posted he started to play dumb.
to my knowledge it was 200fg per team.

I was only going to do a small friendly wager.
Justin said he would send the fg, i didn't get on to check how much he because we were close friends.

Oh and pooms regarding the pm.

No I don't care if I have the respect of jsp, but apparently you do.
No I don't care if you respect me, Because I no longer respect you.
No don't send your fg, you lose me as a friend either way.

/end

One thing I find weird is that why would someone come on to play 2v2 for fun if they were sleeping at 2 in the morning? I'm pretty sure Pooms knew it was for fg and knew he was going to win or else he wouldn't have got on to play (since I know for a fact that you can't play well after being asleep)...Also what was with all the rage when iffy just posted saying you didn't pay up? It was really unnecessary to be honest...
