There is nothing against rules for Halo Services as they ARE now allowed and have been since about the last year H3 was still going decently strong.
HOWEVER!!! Nearly 90% of the people that post here don't need your help or want your help with any kind of services and chances are you would do worse on the accounts of that 90% than they would.
