cad classes are something anyone with an Engineer in their title is usually required to take. and ok, i take programming later, but i understand it pretty well from the basic knowledge i have lol.

pretty sure 12-0 is better than 11-1.
lets do a little math check
12/12 = 1 while 11/12 = .91667

That's a quick glance. There is a shit-load of stuff still missing, and just because it has a driven dimension doesn't mean it is machinable. Solidworks can make a lot of assumptions so you still might be able to create a model missing necessary stuff but that doesn't equate to real life.
