Watch the video. It's easy. Doesn't even matter that it's legendary with skulls.

I already know how do to beat the stage in 5 min. It's just that the grunts wont give me a break once they spot me.

Ah yeah. They catch me every now and then.
I took a different route than the guy in the video did. I feel like it works better.
When he's in the first building (where you have to snipe the grunt on the mounted cannon), I don't snipe him and instead proceed through the house and out the back.
There's four grunts there, but I can usually kill/distract them with a few grenades and run past. There's a health pack in the building past them, and you can also get out of that area from the same building.
Much easier than running past an elite and a few grunts shooting at you, imo.

Also, on the part where the grunts are fighting the two huge monsters, you can climb over a few sections of the rocks to avoid the fight altogether, though it doesn't really matter since, as the guy stated, they're not really paying attention to you.
