I like it. One thing I do not like about the sig/ava combo of most users (including you) though is that many use just a piece of their signature as avatar. This is just uninspired. It is like wearing a pocket square that exactly matches your tie in design and material. Like pocket squares, Avas should be related to the sig/tie, but not be the same.

I'd agree but I don't mind it because I look at avas when people post, not the sigs so it makes it easy to know who's who
