This + The abilities add a whole new mechanic to the game Just don't suck.

True, I like Reach, I don't exactly like it as much as I liked 2, but it was a nice evolution for the game in my opinion. It's a sci-fi shooter and they added some tech it was a good move, imo.

Every armor ability in Reach is horribly flawed, and they all just slow down the game without adding any good aspect.

Yes they all slow down the game. Especially Sprint and Evade.

Yep :/ I personally really like using evade, but it's really fucked up. If the evade distance was, like, halved it would be good, but as is it's not great. It's really entertaining, but has like no competitive aspect.
