I'm comparing an alien ware to a stock computer with upgrades, it's a completely valid point.

Considering that all you really get from a $1500 alienware lappy is:

-standard laptop accesories (webcam, cables, other stuff maybe)
-a cool exterior body kit
-neat lights err-where
-logo slapped on the back that makes you look like a rich conceited fucktard
-good processor
-decent graphics chip
-4gb ddr3 ram

Theo, I'm comparing two different products. You realize all an alienware is a stock hp with a hella expensive body kit, a decent processor, and 4gb of ram. So that being said, I'm only playing with those variables. I'm not going to say stuff like "well also replacing a new network card, hard drive, etc. will also make it better than an alienware!" What I was really saying is that any standard $400-500 with minimal upgrading can easily be up-par-to and even pass an alienware when it comes to quality and speed. No where did I say that all that makes a PC good is the graphics card and ram. Of course it doesn't, but like I said before, I'm only playing with those variables because I'm comparing two different things.

Don't try to make yourself sound smart, cause all you're doing is making yourself look pretentious. Also a tip: try to steer away from getting into an argument with me.

Especially when buying a label in audio = Sennheiser, Bose, etc, brands which offer extreme quality headphones that can still feature amazing aesthetics.
