fake because the person holding the camera is like in the open... and why is she facing the 90 degrees from when she was hit... plus most of the time people tend to bounce off the car... and there is no tire mark over her or ripped clothing... and there would be a lot more blood, damage to a car.

If she got run over the damage to the car would hardly be visible from a view from directly on, when the camera gets lowered it would be though.
