Well 4 Shots to the body doesthe same damage as 4 to the head,so do 4 body shots as fast as u can to the chest and move to the head for the last one.
just make sure ur bloom is all the way down when u pull the fith shot (this only takes like a second and a half).
this should cut ur time in dmr fights considering ur close enough to ignore the bloom in your first 4 shots.

The reason people seem to rape you when you paced is usually due to either range... Don't pace too slow if you're closer...
also try the 2 + 2 + 1 method.

lastly, first 2 shots should always hit as bloom isn't really large enough to fail.
