No, I don't read most of the posts in here. I was just saying generally speaking because I realized how elitist my statement seemed.

Halo is serious business.

And if you have a good TV it won't have lag. Not enough to make a difference.

I know headphones let you hear footsteps. Obviously in a large building full of ragging ppl yelling you will need to have headphones to hear anything.

the reason is a good big tv is good because it's amazing to watch movies on. they dont make these big ass tvs for gaming, so therefor they dont put much effort for a good response time. most 52" lcd tvs are going to have a 5-8ms response, where most lcd monitors are around 2-4ms.

LoL if your nimble enough to fall into the sense that a difference of 4-5 milliseconds is a big difference then so be it.

Just to let you know... the human eye takes 300-400 ms (roughly 0.4 seconds) to blink. that means the difference in refresh rates are 1/100th of the time of the blink of an eye. You'd do better taping your eyes open then worrying about the ms your missing because you don't have a monitor.

Did you not see the Huge TVs cost more?
They also weigh more, which means it would cost more money to travel them.
