I don't know. I went 86 on 70 on highway. No work zone and it's my first ticket.
I was reading something and it said that normally the price would be 120 + 30-60% state tax or something which would be at the very least 200$.

Should I call them, or is it not highly that they'll make this type of mistake.

Normally it'll list the fines for certain speed ranges in a variety of speed zones on the back of the ticket and you figure out the price yourself. I'd definitely call the courthouse that you're supposed to pay it to and get an explanation for why it's so high. And for that price, I'd probably contest it and hope the cop doesn't show up in court.

Haha. I'm on exit 18 and ashburn is like exit 90 something.
I don't know if I want to drive that far and back just to pray the cop won't show up.
