If you're in school, and maintain 75% + They lower it as well. That's what it's based on in Canada, Amerifat may be different though.

When I was 15 and didn't have my license yet, I was walking to school one morning, and I watched this Asian woman back out of her driveway in a Toyota Corolla, and hit a parked van. She the proceeded to pull back in and try it again, and ended up hitting the van again. I wish I had gotten it recorded...
