At the mission Pillar of autumn.
Theres a ledge and your noble team member says Race you to em on a cliff's edge.
Instead of going around the side you can jump down and assassinate an elite to survive the fall.
You sprint off the edge, once you get close enough you disable sprint, and do the animated assassination, if you land on him you fuck it up and have to restart.
Its a complete bitch and ive tried it for about 2 hours total now. Gave up for now.
Theres another way to get this achievement on Exodus using a jetpack i heard.
