No, it requires creation/modification of system files (hence the install process instead of just copying files into a directory). Of course, you could install it from any medium (including a jump drive) but I'm guessing your problem is you can't install without admin privileges, like on a school computer?
nah my computer is really good for gaming and all, nice graphic card and shit, runs fps games ez
but only prob is the hard drive, it says its 180 gb, but only lets me use 10 gb for some reason
and so i cant install d2 on my c drive or w/e so i need something else to save it on
i was thinking external hard drive at first but i really dont need much memory
