Friends broke my HPX's so my microphone cuts out and makes a load of buzzing shit when it's attached

Do people with really fucking fat heads break A40s?

Might buy some since I use a mixamp on my HPX anyway, like, do they break all the time? (A40s)

Mine have taken a few rage quit episodes where they've been thrown to the ground, they're still fine. If you just need a headset though, there are way better options out there, like the pc 360 that i wish i had

i drop my a40s all the time, honestly its a tank. that being said it will break on the airplane today or something.
but yea my hpx's broke all the time. built like a cheap toy

The only issues I've EVER had along with like almost anyone who has a A40 System, is the 2.5mm Controller Cable.

They short ALL THE TIME on me and several of my friends, however 90% of the time Astro is nice enough knowing this is an issue so they send you a free new one.

Annoyed me because I hadn't even used the headset on it for months (no live lol) and when I put it in, got loads of static. D:



So, is it possible it can be my 2.5mm cable?
