When the new season starts, it just randomly assigns people to play with anyone. I'm not that good but can't play random teams because I get put with people who made gold division last season and I made it into Iron...

How is this suppose to be productive? They need to make it so you can move up in season if you should (or down for that matter) and only place me with people who were within a division or 2 last season...

When the put people who got gold against you that means either they are gonna go down in rank or you're getting tested to move up. If thats not the scenario then you're unlucky

I think when nobody has a rank it's just random, then based on how you do it puts you into a division.

That is the problem. I already know I can't play against gold players when no teammates have mics...

They need to figure out a better way to do this

Once you get put into a division, do well in it then you move up.

Here is the list to becoming good.
1 - Realize Arena is for bad kids.
2 - Quit arena.
3 - Download MLG gametypes/maps.
4 - Play customs, get good, wait for the mlg playlist.

well i'm saying it's not a problem with the ranking system if it accurately puts you in the right division
