skype > vent unless i am trying to watch the mlg event and i keep getting booted from the calls.

vent is for little gay gamers on the pc

plus the 2 of 'em are completely different

isn't that the main purpose of most things in the internet? yahoo, email, aim, buncha other shit

skype is one on one video chatting

ventrillo is well a vent where there are multiple people talking while gaming

no one uses skype while they game, at the most skype is a 3-way phone call without video

skype can be used also for IM and to call phone numbers

that's like comparing i don't know a wii and 360

main purpose is to play video games but think about it.. they are completely different

what i ment was voice communication, not just communicating in general
but still its not "completely different", only thing diff is skype has video chat, which i didn't know
and you cant say nobody uses skype to game, i've done that before with plenty of ppl on these forums
