i did man.
i have a few friends that have them and i think its a loose wire in the headset.
my mic cuts in and out from working and i get no voice back to the headset.

Did you change your xbox settings to play it through the headset/speakers?

Yeah, you have to with any headset or else no sound will come from them.
Click the 360 button and go all the way to the right and I believe it's under Preferences.
