Ya so i jes bought FFXII and i think its pretty good and all xept for the fighting style? U no with the time it takes and the line thingy. Its kinda confusing :S Ya so post here and tell me if there is anything i should no about the game.. any secrets to it?

Seifer, pick up a strat guide I'm playing it right now, half way through the game I got the most powerful weapon in the game that I wasn't suppose to get until later... Mostly because I was suppose to be a really high lvl but I'm amazing so.

FFXII was actually a very good game, rated one of the best ps2 games to date.

I can't see why someone wouldn't like FF12. But everyone to their opinion.
And about fights, I think it was about time FF12 came out with a new type of fight. I mean doesn't it look rediculous standing on the same spot fighting versus an enemy. The only action you do is to leap and hit for damage and leap back to starting postion.
Has anyone ever seen players in real life fight like this. Or does a fight start from one place and most probably will have switched areas by 5 or 10 ft from where it originated.
Basically if no one likes the new fighting style of FF12, isn't d2 based on the same thing. I don't recall sitting in the same spot hitting baal and getting hit. If you get low on life and no potions, do you exit the area to heal? Ya you can in other ff games but actually running to the switch screen makes it that much more fun, because you can be hit again and again before exiting the area.


And getting the most powerful weapon, you got the zodiak spear. Congrats as this task isnt easy. But ya you can get it right after the events of Tomb of Raithwall. The fun part of it all, making Tournasol.
Seifer, getting zodiak spear, don't take 4 chests. 1 in front of Dahlans place, all chests in palace before taking the steps for that hidden treasure, all chests in confectionary room in Nalbina Dungeon (where u retrieve your equpiement) and Vaddu Strand in Phon Coast. 16 chests on a beach. forget they even exists.
Otherwise you'll be stuck finding zodiak spear in the Henne Mines at a 1/256 chance on getting one.

Right now I'm writing a guide on the no level up challenge for my guild. I'm about halfway. Its actually a long process as this game is huge when you start to write out a guide. You have to almost replay the game in the 122333 challenge so that you don't make mistakes in the guide and can write in the guide when certain things are unlocked in the bazaar under clan ranks etc etc etc etc.

Dont get a guide to start... Finish the game without it and then finish it with it.. You'll see its much more fun

ffxii is really good.. thats only my opinion
