Hey I had a question involving Final Fantasy IX (9) for you. If you knew, in Final Fantasy II (2) if your character had lots of Magic Block he/she was a tank, evaded and blocked EVERYTHING. Now are there any little things like that in Final Fantasy IX (9) or no? I know of tons of secrets in all of them but never did find out if the trick from Final Fantasy II (2) was in Final Fantasy IX (9). I missed the Final Fantasy series so I just started them all up again since I beat everyone, starting on good ol number 1

Also anyone know of any good secrets or good hard to find things in the game, 9 is the only one I had trouble finding a ton of secrets for, and the one I havent playedi n the longest.

Well...
If your asking if there is a character in 9 that has
massive magic defense and defense and barely ever takes damage the
answer is no.
Theres quite a few tricks and tactics to block or
reflect magic but you really can't just put a character in the front
row and take no damage.

the weapon excalibur 2. very tought to get. u have to get to the third disk in under 12 hours or something.

nope there is nothing which can do this from my knolege, however if you have pacients and time you can raise all your basic stats very early in the game when you arrive at gizumluke's grotto, if you go outside up to the grazzy area you can fight lvl 60 grand dragons for alot of exp but.. prepair to die and save alot before your solid enuff.

actually its A LOT harder than that. u have to beat the whole game (get to the last area) in under 8 hours. pretty tough but I dont know because i never tried

im pretty sure its more like 12 or more but i could be wrong...i got the stragety book in my room but im to lazy to go look at it

How exactly dyu get the sword, finish the game under8-12hours then begin from the final save n u have it?
