True but don't forget about Lionheart, and some of the other chars can reach 9999 multiple times as well.

Dissapointed That you didnt mention Sephiroth. But among these Id say Seifer, He's a "bad" guy wich means he'll fight dirty and win ^^

Seifer was a pansy. Did you not pay attention to the game at all? Without his minions he was weak and easily controlled. Squall too was pansied up due to his emotional "troubles"
