Since Im on a small server and noone that plays FFXIV on here seems to be from that server, how safe is gold buying from sites? How many people actually get banned?

It's about 50/50 half the people that buy gold on MMO's get banned typically. Unless you use a site that sells from the US but obviously the prices on US selling sites are much more expensive.

In short... It's very easy to get banned. Hope this helps you make your choice
