People who use Tab Targeting in pvp are always the ones dragging down the team

.. .ever watch people blow a big cd on a pet because they are tab targeting and cant get it under control , you will laugh.
Mouse over macros and target macros ( probably for the arena based pvp) 1 , 2 , 3 ,4 ,5 for crucial stuns and int's if you see there cast bar come up with something that needs to be stopped.
Tabbing just makes things even slower.. ........... Also im not sure if you play RIFT, its pretty dead, GW 2 is pretty dead .. Everquest was popular because it was before WoW , and the king remains at the top of its pedestal.
I really do believe the player base is going to drop in a dramatic way for FF over the next few months, everyone hopes they will find a new mmo other then WoW and give it a shot only to go back.. look at rift and GW.. swtor was hyped up huge for a bit then all back to WoW.
I am not preaching WoW in anyway.. i wanted a new game too and i played RIFT a long time.. my sub actually just ended at the start of Oct and iv played sense almost BETA off and on. But every time i go looking for a new game i get disappointed and end up back at WoW , its a vicious cycle.
What i really want more then anything is a twitch combat based MMO ,similar to Tera's combat system only refined a bit In a better game.. Tera was not much past the combat which i did enjoy a lot.
I need something new something great

but nothing dramaticly new seems to be coming out......... really what did ff do different other then how crafting works.. nothing.. dynamic events .. if you can even call fates that are nothing new. Raid mechanics are nothing new , skills are nothing new.. oh you can multi class a few skills.. changes pretty much nothing.. (yes some of them are very good) but this as been done in the past with skill trees ....
Nothing is new.. its all the same shit in a different package only its slower then other games unless you are a crafter

Actually I have played Rift and its pretty active depending on what server your on. Just like every MMO including WoW.
Also from years of gaming and forums I have found out one thing.
MMO players who started off with WoW only want WoW mechanics in any other MMo's they play. They do not want a change. Same with Diablo 2 players and Rpgs.
Then there are people who try out new MMo's for less then an month and either call it a clone or not close enough to WoW. MMO's aren't meant to be played for only a Month. Come on now.............
Your right though there is no new crazy mechanic besides the new crafting system.
I personally love that I can have every class on one character. That right there is $$$$ to me. Rift offered decent multiclassing as well.
In no way shape or form am I saying FFXIV is a
Greatgame, but it is definitely a
Good game.
Also if your someone who honestly played WoW or any MMO from near the start you would know that most MMO's start out the same way. Only time will tell whether the game will be great or not.
I never played SWTOR by the way. Hype wasn't nearly enough for me and I put in at least 48 hours of game play into Knights of the Old Republic on Xbox playing both evil / good story line. Also I played Wow Vanilla and Rift Beta from start - going F2p.
