doesnt even say the name of the ppl shouting and i cant read any chat from ppl lol brand new to the game dont know how to squelch them or anything if u even can

Just add them to black list but have to be fast about it.

I moved my shout to a separate window and shut it down on the main chat area.

This is the best option. Adding the new bots to blacklist never ends. Just remove shout and yell from your main chat window settings and you'll almost never see the spam again. An occasional tell of spam gets through but I actually take the time to blacklist the asshats that use tell instead of shout
