Is there bind on character crafted items?

I'm starting to think it may just be a better idea to create characters dedicated to one craft just to use all my leve quests on each one (not to mention rested xp, which i think works on em)

I have heard high level crafts are player bound but cant confirm myself

Nothing crafted is bind on pickup as far as I know.

If it takes materials to make it, it can be traded.
