I bought FF14 like 3 years ago, I was told I wouldnt need to buy the new FF14 but when I go to register the game and use my old CD key it doesnt work. I msg'd square about this and they did nothing about it.....wtf?

You use your old Square enix ID.

It will already be there.

when i use my square ID it asks for a registration code.....of which i dont have, only my old one and when i use it it says its already in use ...anyone have this problem before?

Went to Choose FFARR, then it just shows me as having a beta but no way to register my game still....ugh and square customer support is shit, awesome.

still no luck any ideas?

Sorry that my advice didn't help, I had the 1.0 CE and I went there and had it done easily.

if you are a 1.0 player you just install it from here http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/eu/ or http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na/ depending if you play eu or na and then you just update and log in with your account if you still have playtime on.
