if you're getting na/eu servers available "AUTOMATICALLY SIGN OUT AND LOG BACK IN" then they should appear, then keep logging in on your char with the error 1017 occuring, this is the error you want. keep doing it for 10-30 mins and you will eventually get in, if you get a world error after multiple tries, relog out and back in.

It takes no longer than 30 minutes for me to sign in, and usually takes 5-10 mins on the regular.
