Does the GMG pre order includes a 30 days gametime? i know amazon does. i pre ordered from gmg and only got 3 days remaining on my game time.

I re entered my 2 codes again just to make sure. both codes are registered in my account still only showing 3 days left. do i have to set up my subscription payment method first? putting a credit card on my account?
