Moderators still haven't separeated FF XIV from the console series? The fuck?

Anyways, evidently PAL PS2 games operate at 50.00 FPS whereas American games operate at 60.00 FPS. I was wondering if this is noticeable while playing the game at all. My entire PS2 career has involved American 60.00 FPS games and I was just wondering if I'm going to load this up and be like "whoaaaa dudeeeee slowwwwwwww gameeeeeeeee." Was gonna wait to play this 'til the HD release came out but I don't have the patience to wait for PS4.

Most people don't notice over 30 FPS
unless they were playing a shooting game
Monitors themselves can only produce 60FPS max

Well the emulator I'll be using generally runs games at ~60 and when the game lags or I'm in a zone that has a lot of data to handle and I get dropped down to ~30-40 FPS I can definitely feel a difference. When I played WoW on my old computer I was easily hitting ~90-100 FPS so I'm not sure where you came up with the monitor information.
