Found something interesting on youtube today. A fan FF7 web series apparently is in production kind of like the Mortal Kombat Legacy web series that was on YouTube. It also doesn't look Square-Enix is going to give the ol' Cease and Desist letter to it either. They started a kickstarter yesterday but I don't think their gonna make their goal honestly.

I would personally prefer an animated web series compared to a live action.. Video games just usually never translate to live action very well.. Always end up looking so cheesy imo.. Just too many things that can be done in the video game world that can't be done in the real world..

This. I don't want to see live action video game movies unless we get to Man of Steel / Ironman 3 levels of CGI. Anything less and it's way too cheesy.

It actually got C&D by square enix. Kinda glad tbh.
