Next weekend is not open beta. On the japanese section of the beta feedback forums, a dev mentioned another weekend to further stress some systems.

well this was just announced. when i said next was open it was true at the time. they are just stupid and should not of announced everything in advance

They never announced next weekend as being Open.

Open isn't supposed to start until August.
