I sent you an unregistered FFXIV NA - PC - Legacy Member Beta Code. I have sent you confirmation emails, worked with you over my FFXIV account which hasn't been logged in since Spring 2012. And now immediately after sending you the code, it becomes registered and you want me to send FG back... You seemed like an honest user, but now it feels like you are trying to scam people for free codes.

It was registered before you sent it, definitely not immediately after

If you are honest, please do as i asked of you, and go submit a ticket and figure out what's up with it. Get it unregistered or whatever so that I can use it. Beta starts in 4 hours.

I haven't reported you or called you a scammer or anything, i only want a peaceful resolution and honestly want what I paid you for. So please go and do it. It is your responsibility to make sure the key works, not mine. i don't have your real name or any of that stuff, so I can't submit a ticket for your key. You have to do it. Please do it.

That being said, if anyone else shows up with a working key, I'll buy it, and I'll have to ask you for my fg back, because yours has not worked. I even showed you screenshots of my account page.

Negative, it was not registered before I sent you the key. I have sent you the screencaps of my account, of which show registered services (Beta, which is not one of those). I have sent you my own personal email address, alongside the original, unaltered email from Square-Enix containing the Beta code, along with the other information in the email. Whether you shared the key I gave you, or you personally used it, the key is now no longer available for use.

So how do you know it wasn't registered before you sent it to me? How do you know for sure? Because you didn't use it? That doesn't mean it was unused. There are a number of other possibilities for what could have happened. It was definitely registered when you sent it to me. I tried to register it, it didn't work, I shared a screenshot with you, then I even opened my account page to show you that I don't have ff14 flagged for my account.

Again, please open a ticket and solve the problem, because I don't have the power to. The key you sent me did not work. Your unwillingness to open a ticket and be a solution is unfortunately indicative of suspect behavior and isn't making anything easier. All you have to do is go to chat support and talk with an agent. Please ****ing do it.

I don't think you're guilty of scamming, I doubt you would sacrifice an 11k posts & a '10 account over 1k fg

I think it's a misunderstanding of some sort. SO please, for the love of fuck, open a ticket and figure out what's going on with the key
