anyone know why when i try to register my online code threw playonline it tells me action can't be done must have a square enix account to do it?? never had this happen before..

you ahve to make an account on the website. then register your playonline code there

You have to create square enix account and link your playonline ID to it in order to play the game. It has been that way for about 3 years now.

Yeah they moved their account management system completely to their website. Honestly, playonline doesn't really even do anything anymore, besides launch the game I guess.

yeah im having a hard time it says my code has been used which is true.. like 4 years ago maybe longer lol.. but i dont know my play online id or password so im stuck and don't know what i should do..

That's bad that you don't have the PoL ID. You may need to contact Customer Support and verify all other info and see if they will provide you with that.

Either that or you'll just have to create another account. The first time I cancelled my account years ago, I had to recreate one when I came back lol. I wrote it down the second time.
