nope it shudnt affect this , u only need to retrive it from the temples once u got the treasure u can do what u want with it

you can back-track into every temple except bevelle, so if you missed it the first time in one of the others, it wasnt a problem. and that means you also missed the Magus sisters, unlucky :/
