The only end-game XIII contains are completing all the C'ieth stone missions, which is cool for completion's sake but extremely redundant, and obtaining all your final weapons, which is also very redundant. Other than that, unless you're going for a platinum trophy or the complete gamer score, just move on to XIII-2, you won't regret it
