i feel like it has a great beginning concept, so i'm very interested in where it will go. only a few hours in, but definitely sure i will get plenty out of the story

IX's an awesome piece of RPG. VIII is too and I kind of got excited thinking you started that, but IX's kewl. VI, VIII, and IX are without a doubt my favorite in the series.

It's awesome because it combines the most traditional elements of the FF series with newer concepts from the other PS1 FFs.

well i did start 8 a while back..played it for like 8 or so hours, but ended up finding it impossibly boring after a while

Anything between VII and X is awesome after X they went downhill fast. IX is great I hope you enjoy it!

did you finish disc 1? that's around the point where I got hooked on to the story. Until that point I wasn't enjoying it much because the gameplay is pretty meh imo

ill say after x-2 they went downhill. they revolved too much around politics imo. and xiii was just a massacre to the series period.
