are there other programs that do the same thing like to where it's personal preference or is this the only/best program for this?

Is this just an emulator? Or did he mean he was actually looking for a program that would allow PS1 games to run on PC(like he physically had the ps1 discs)? Just curious.

Either way. Epsxe is the best.
