I posted this one because I was just listening to it, and it is mind-blowing. Other than that, I wouldn't say I have a favorite OST, because Nobuo Uematsu is a genius and every song he composed is a masterpiece.

Terra's theme (FF6) has to be one of my favorite though (already posted).

ahhh the memories. no other soundtrack in my memory can remind me of my early teenage years like ff9's [/nostalgia]

it's crazy how a video game's soundtrack can exponentially transform its degree of effect

True.
To be honest I even restarted FFXI for a month (even though some fanboys here don't include it in the FF series) just because I listened to some songs on youtube and nostalgia hit me like a truck.
