yup i bought final fantasy 8 decided to play it got to the 4th disk and it says its not formatted did the guy on eebay rip me off? he had a sticker and everything anyways so i started over and im sitting playing card games 24/7 and carding trexes any ideas

If it's for PS1, sounds like it could be a fake to me. Do the discs look legit? If so, I'd make sure the disc is in good condition. If not, I'd try a clean/repair on it. It's possible the disc could just be damaged. If it seems fine, and you try all that, sounds to me like it's probably bootlegged.

My question is... why are you on disc four and playing Triple Triad to obtain... T-Rexar cards?

its for ps1 and it looks legit it was unoppened in the case plastic and everything

it may be a disc from a different region...maybe you got the right discs for 1-3...imo buy a disc 4 online if you got a decent deal on 8..

I got my black label 8 and 9, with final fantasy 2 i believe, one of the compilation discs..for 20$..plus gta and madden for the ps3 which i don't care about =o

now that i think of it, one incorrect disc really doesn't make sense as it was sealed right?

yup unless they resealed it idk... its says disk is not formmated or sumthing
