I'm trying to go into the Mideel Materia Cave to get the Quadra magic materia and website says I can use my green chocobo but my green chocobo must be retarded because it won't get me there...

yes its FF7, he just happened to be at the part where you control Tifa
you can use cloud to do this though, may take a lot of tries but it does work.
