I can make you a blu on Cerberus server but no skills or spells lv90 .

you will need to make the character tho Name M/F etc.

I can get you sword skill capped at lv75.

I dont have enough time to do the spells and i dont even know where to get half of them at. This is the best i can offer you.

If you make character on Phoenix Server i can get you lvl 90 with all basic spell 70 ish, ( no sea access or abyssea will reduce the spell posibility )

I need the account ID + Password ( since its a new account it shouldnt matter... i usualy just do a full account ( check my last thread )

and its ALWAYS phoenix server, all my things are there, no way i move.
