i had beat the game a long time ago and i was going to come back to it, that much is decided
my friend told me a long time ago that if you dont junction anything the game play differs because they remember (he said that junctioning makes them forget things later on in the game) , is this true? i might be interested in trying it how ever hard it might be

This might be kind of a spoiler, but there is a part in the story where they talk about losing their memory from using Guardian Forces. That's probably what your friend is talking about. I doubt if you play the whole game without junctioning a GF to yourself it would change the outcome. I can't see a linear game like FF having two paths on the story.

well i might just have to find out! it'll be tough but i have a whole month to do it

i think there are 4 discs, each seeming shorter than the first so maybe! im not there yet :\
