anyone play it or played it ? I got a few questions
its my first final fantasy game I play

is it me or this game is god damn hard
I know its the III but its the first final fantasy on the DS, they dont explain everything, well they explain nothing at all, you must notice everything, like what spells does, abilities, etc..
how do you know who's gonna hit first ? is it random ? maybe its the same thing for all the final fantasy
ive checked a few guides but I dont want the walkthrough, they said the monk was good etc.. but he is horrible, he always die have less armor than everyone and even does 2x less damage than my healer
wont change his job, or he will go back to level 1

7hours into the game, my characters are level 18, exept for the monk, 17
im in the molten cave on my way to go kill the dragon boss, but he keep owning me.. and I must load again and lost all the stuff, experience I had
do I need to ''farm'' monsters to before to go there and kill the boss ?
or I do something wrong

Is this a serious question? If you're too weak to kill the boss then simply get stronger.

well its the first rpg game I get stuck like that , its the first game that I need to farm to kill a boss
maybe I was doing something wrong, thats why I was asking if this game is hard, if my jobs are okay
and im also asking why my monk suck balls like that

my team is level 23, someone help me.. I use a warrior he deals a lot of damage 800-3k, black mage 800-2k, healer, monk 50-200
the warrior can resist well, the black mage too, the healer a bit less but the monk receive damage like if he have no armor at all
why the hell my monk suck like that ??????? it piss me off, in most of the guides they say the most powerful offensive job..
I just dont get it

Is your monk using a weapon? In all other Final Fantasy's monks are weaker when they wear a weapon.

I tried with and without weapons.. he's better with claws, well for the 3/4 of the monsters he fight
I leveled him a lot and he's good now.. way weaker than my warrior but he still good, better than my black mage for now because I cant find a god damn spell seller
my warrior deal 1.5k-6k and my monk 200-1k, since his job level is way lower than the warrior its okay

imo just get Final Fantasy VI advance (DS can play GBA games) and marvel at the magic.

Eh, let's just say there's a reason it took almost 20 years to reach America.

For real though, all trolling/insults aside, pick up FF6 Advance for the GBA and pop that bitch in your DS. I'm currently replaying it (on my PSP via a GBA emulator because I didn't feel like putting it on my (also hacked) DS or playing my legit copy I own for PS1) and am loving it.
