If your not far at all delete your char and play on odin i just recently started playing again and i can teach you just about anything there is to know plus i have a few lvl 75+ friends on my Server (Odin)

I Just bought this for 360 off of amazon, can pc and 360 integrate?

You can play your char on PC/360/PS, but you have to have a disc for each one
so you can play your char on PC if you want, just have to buy a disc for it.
